Senior facility under construction

Vape flavors may be limited

Mountain biker rescued

Plane crash remembered

JUNEAU - For retired local National Guardsman Charlie Smith September 4, 1971 will never be forgotten. He was one of the local national guardsmen who responded to the crash of Alaska Airlines Flight 1866, which plowed in the mountains on its way to Juneau, killing more than 111 people.
